Injury (Hazardous Liquid Pipeline)

An injury resulting from a hazardous liquid pipeline accident that results in one or more of the following: 1) Loss of consciousness, 2) A need to be carried from the scene, 3) A need for medical treatment, and/or 4) A disability that prevents the discharge of normal duties or the pursuit of normal duties beyond the day of the accident.
