Vessel casualty (Water)

An occurrence involving commercial vessels that results in 1) Actual physical damage to property in excess of $25,000; 2) Material damage affecting the seaworthiness or efficiency of a vessel; 3) Stranding or grounding; 4) Loss of life; or 5) Injury causing any person to remain incapacitated for a period in excess of 72 hours, except injury to harbor workers not resulting in death and not resulting from vessel casualty or vessel equipment casualty.
