Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000215

A group of parts produced in a single production run or under a consistent set of conditions, including the same machine, material batch, and process parameters. This grouping provides traceability for quality control, allowing a set of parts to be identified and managed collectively if a defect or deviation is discovered. A manufacturing lot is assigned a unique identifier that links the finished parts back to specific production records and material certificates.
