Mask-image-projection-based stereolithography
Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000216
A vat photopolymerization process that cures an entire layer of liquid resin simultaneously using a digital light projector. The projector displays a 2D image of the cross-section onto the resin, solidifying it in a single exposure. This method contrasts with laser-based stereolithography, which traces each layer point by point.
