Stereolithography

Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000367

An additive manufacturing process that builds parts layer by layer by curing a photosensitive liquid resin with a ultraviolet (UV) laser or other light source. The laser draws each cross-section of the 3D model onto the surface of the resin, solidifying it. This method is known for producing parts with high resolution and smooth surface finishes.
