Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000255
A geometry definition file format, originally developed by Wavefront Technologies, that is commonly used for exchanging 3D model data in additive manufacturing. It stores information about the geometry of an object, including vertices, faces, texture coordinates, and normals. Unlike STL, OBJ can also store color and texture information.
