Entitic quantity
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003961
A quantity belonging to a single entity, such as one molecule or one photon, rather than to a mole or to a bulk sample. Examples are the mass of one molecule and the energy of one photon, and multiplying such a quantity by the Avogadro constant gives the corresponding molar quantity.
