Augmented reality

An interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information. This information can be visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory, or olfactory. Unlike virtual reality, augmented reality overlays digital content onto the real world rather than replacing it.
