Bare-metal restore

A process of restoring a computer system from a backup directly onto new, unconfigured hardware, without requiring an operating system to be pre-installed. This method rebuilds the entire system, including the operating system, applications, and data, from a complete image. It is commonly used for disaster recovery scenarios.
