Blu-ray

A digital optical disc format designed for high-definition video recording and playback, as well as high-capacity data storage. It uses a blue laser, which has a shorter wavelength than the red lasers used in DVDs, allowing for more data to be stored on a disc of the same size. A single-layer Blu-ray disc can hold 25 gigabytes of data.
