Keylogger

A type of surveillance software or hardware that records every keystroke made on a computer keyboard. It can capture sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, and personal messages without the user's knowledge. Keyloggers are often used maliciously but can also be employed for legitimate monitoring purposes.
