Throughput

The rate at which a system or component can process work or data over a given period. It measures the quantity of successful operations or data transfers per unit of time, such as transactions per second or bits per second. Network throughput is often measured in megabits per second (Mbps) or gigabits per second (Gbps), indicating the actual data transfer rate.
