Whitelist

A list of entities, such as email addresses, IP addresses, or applications, that are explicitly permitted access or functionality within a system. Items not on this list are denied by default, providing a security measure that restricts access to only known and trusted sources. This contrasts with a blacklist, which explicitly denies access to specified entities.
