EEO County Set

A special geographic summary level defined as single counties or county equivalents with residence population of 50,000 or more, or aggregations of counties or county equivalents that together have a population of 50,000 or more. All counties within an EEO county set are contiguous and are within the same state, i.e., EEO county sets do not cross state lines. The EEO County Set is not a standard Census Bureau geography and is used only with select tables of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Tabulation.
