Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-009054

Any polymer having a glass transition temperature lower than -10 °C, or a glass transition temperature between -10 °C and 25 °C that is capable of undergoing deformation (stretching) of several hundred percent and recovering essentially when the stress is removed. For the purposes of this subpart, resins are not considered to be elastomers.
