Land Acquisition Phase

An initial project phase, preceding land development and construction. In this stage, financing is assembled to purchase raw, vacant, un-zoned land parcel(s). This phase may also include project design and planning elements using e.g., architectural services. For redevelopment projects the land has previously been developed and zoned. However, the property made need to be rezoned for a new purpose, and project will require designing and planning as well.
