Leaking underground fuel storage tank

A UST is a tank and any underground piping connected to the tank that is used to contain gasoline or other fuels and that is placed in such a manner that at least 10 percent of its combined volume is underground. Leaking means that the contents are escaping from the tank and contaminating the environment.
