Level II concentrations for the drinking water threat

Level II concentrations are established for samples in which the concentration of at least one hazardous substance meets the criteria for an observed release, but the conditions for Level I concentrations are not met. In addition, Level II concentrations are assigned to observed releases established by direct observation.
