Product tank

As used in the wastewater provisions, means a stationary unit that is designed to contain an accumulation of materials that are fed to or produced by a process unit, and is constructed primarily of non-earthen materials ( e.g., wood, concrete, steel, plastic) which provide structural support. This term has the same meaning as a product storage vessel.
