Recovery Efficiency

1. The percentage of refrigerant in an appliance that is recovered by a piece of recycling or recovery equipment.

2. Percentage of refrigerant in an appliance that is recovered by a piece of recovery and/or recycling equipment.

3. The fraction or percentage of a target analyte measured in a sample to which a known amount of the analyte has been added. {ORD} {OPP} {OAR/OAQPS} {ORCR}

4. The recovery of an analyte in an assay is the detector response obtained from an amount of the analyte added to and extracted from the biological matrix, compared to the detector response obtained for the true concentration of the pure authentic standard.
