Resource Conservation and Recovery Act corrective measure construction

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Corrective Measure Construction (CMC) is the implementation of the remedy selected in the Record of Decision or appropriate RCRA corrective measure decision document at NPL sites to ensure protection of human health and the environment. The CMC is the RCRA equivalent to a Superfund remedial action.
