Resource Conservation and Recovery Act corrective measure design

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Corrective Measure Design (CMD) establishes the general size, scope, and character of a project, and details and addresses the technical requirements of the remedial action (RA) selected in the Record of Decision (ROD). The CMD may include, but is not limited to, drawings, specification documents, and statements of bidability and constructability. The CMD is the RCRA equivalent to a Superfund remedial design (RD).
