Storm runoff

1. Storm water runoff, snowmelt runoff, and surface runoff and drainage; rainfall that does not evaporate or infiltrate the ground because of impervious land surfaces or a soil infiltration rate lower than rainfall intensity, but instead flows onto adjacent land or waterbodies or is routed into a drain or sewer system.

2. Manure contaminated rainfall which must be stored and utilized on the farm and may not be discharged into rivers, streams, lakes, or other bodies of water.
