Cycler

A piece of ground support equipment designed to repeatedly actuate an aircraft system or component through its full range of motion to test for endurance and wear. It simulates operational use by performing thousands of cycles on parts like landing gear, flaps, or doors to identify potential fatigue failures before they occur in service. The equipment records the number of cycles completed and monitors the component for any degradation in performance or structural integrity.
