A vehicle used every day for ordinary transportation such as commuting and errands, short for daily driver. The verb form, to daily a car, means to drive it that way. Owners of modified or classic cars use the word to say the car is dependable enough to serve as their main transport, in contrast to a weekend, show or track car.
