Dual-voltage

Describing railway rolling stock, particularly locomotives or multiple units, capable of operating under two different overhead line or third rail electrification voltages. This allows trains to traverse routes with varying power supply systems without needing to change locomotives. Dual-voltage systems are common in countries with mixed electrification standards.
