Green road

An unpaved rural track or ancient right-of-way, often with grass or other vegetation growing along its length. These routes provide access for farm vehicles and livestock movement, and are also used for recreational activities like hiking and horseback riding. In some legal systems, such as in the United Kingdom, these paths are formally classified, for example as a Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT), which defines public access rights.
