Grizzlyman

A mine worker stationed at a grizzly, which is a coarse screen made of heavy, parallel steel bars used to size rock and ore. The grizzlyman's job is to control the flow of material onto the screen and to break up oversized boulders that are too large to pass through the bars. This work is often performed underground at an ore pass or on the surface at the primary crusher.
