Impaired driving

Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that diminish a driver's physical or mental faculties. This condition significantly increases the risk of accidents and is illegal in all jurisdictions. Blood alcohol content (BAC) limits, such as 0.08%, are legally defined thresholds for impairment.
