Non-volatile memory

A type of computer memory that retains stored information even after electrical power is removed. Unlike volatile memory like RAM, it does not require a continuous power supply to maintain its data state, making it suitable for long-term storage. Examples include flash memory, solid-state drives (SSDs), read-only memory (ROM), and ferroelectric RAM.
