Rigaree

A decorative glass trail applied to the surface of a glass object, characterized by its crimped or ruffled edge. This effect is achieved by manipulating the hot glass trail with a tool as it is applied. Rigaree adds texture and visual interest, often seen on historical glassware like Venetian or German pieces.
