Sheet rock

A common building material consisting of gypsum plaster pressed between two thick sheets of paper, used for constructing interior walls and ceilings. It provides a smooth surface ready for painting or wallpapering and offers fire resistance. Standard sheet rock panels are typically 4 feet wide and 8, 10, or 12 feet long.
