SSP

A drawing, short for Signalling Scheme Plan, that shows the railway signalling layout of an area: the track diagram with signals, points, track circuits and related equipment, and the line speeds. Designers, installers and maintainers use it as the reference for what is provided and where. It is a track layout diagram, distinct from a wiring diagram, which shows the cable and relay connections.
