Teragram

A unit of mass in the International System of Units (SI), equivalent to one trillion (10^12) grams or one billion (10^9) kilograms. This unit is used to express very large masses, such as those associated with geological formations, atmospheric components, or large-scale industrial production over extended periods. For instance, global emissions of certain substances are sometimes reported in teragrams.
