Unroadworthy

Describing a vehicle that is not in a safe or legally compliant condition to be operated on public roads. A vehicle is deemed unroadworthy if it has defects in its braking system, tires, steering, lights, or structural integrity that pose a danger to the driver, passengers, or other road users. Jurisdictions have specific regulations, such as the UK's MOT test, that define the minimum standards for a vehicle to be considered roadworthy.
