Bodily injury by disease-each employee limit

The maximum amount an insurer will pay under a workers' compensation policy for bodily injury by disease sustained by any one employee. This limit applies individually to each worker who contracts an occupational disease during the policy period. It sets a cap on the insurer's liability for disease-related claims for a single individual.
