Bodily injury by disease-policy limit

The maximum aggregate amount an insurer will pay under a workers' compensation policy for all bodily injuries by disease sustained by all employees during the policy period. This limit applies to the total of all claims arising from occupational diseases, regardless of the number of employees affected. It represents the insurer's total liability for disease-related claims within a given policy term.
