Completed operations (C/O)

Work performed by a contractor that has been finished, put to its intended use, or accepted by the client. Liability for bodily injury or property damage arising out of this work is covered under the completed operations hazard of a commercial general liability policy. This coverage extends beyond the physical completion of the project, often for a specified period after the work is done.
