Conservator

An individual or entity appointed by a court to manage the financial affairs or personal care of another person, known as the conservatee, who is deemed unable to do so themselves. This appointment is typically made for minors, incapacitated adults, or individuals with severe mental or physical disabilities. A conservator has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the conservatee.
