Cooperative controlled insurance program (CO-CIP)

A type of controlled insurance program where multiple owners or developers collaborate to provide a single insurance program for their shared construction projects. This arrangement covers all enrolled contractors and subcontractors under one policy. It is distinct from an owner-controlled insurance program (OCIP) or contractor-controlled insurance program (CCIP) in its multi-owner structure.
