Cyber-physical attack

An assault that targets and manipulates or damages physical systems through cyber means, such as industrial control systems, critical infrastructure, or operational technology. These attacks can lead to tangible destruction, operational disruption, or bodily harm, extending beyond mere data breaches. Examples include attacks on power grids, manufacturing plants, or transportation networks.
