EEO-1 Report

A mandatory annual data collection that requires certain employers to provide demographic workforce data, including race, ethnicity, gender, and job category information. This report is submitted to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and is used to monitor employment patterns and enforce anti-discrimination laws. Employers with 100 or more employees, or federal contractors with 50 or more employees and contracts of $50,000 or more, are typically required to file it.
