Employed lawyers professional liability insurance

Professional liability coverage for attorneys who are employed by a corporation, government entity, or other organization, rather than practicing independently. This policy protects the employing entity and its in-house counsel from claims of negligence, errors, or omissions in the legal services provided to the employer. It differs from traditional malpractice insurance for private practice lawyers.
