Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-001331
Specialized coverage that protects the insured against liability for pollution-related incidents not covered by standard commercial general liability policies. This insurance, also known as environmental impairment liability (EIL) insurance, addresses claims for bodily injury, property damage, and cleanup costs resulting from pollution events originating from the insured's property or operations.
