Fellow employee exclusion

Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-001486

A standard provision in liability insurance policies, particularly general liability, that denies coverage for bodily injury to an employee caused by another employee of the same insured. This exclusion prevents the policy from covering claims that are typically addressed by workers' compensation laws. It reinforces the principle that workers' compensation is the primary remedy for workplace injuries.
