Owners and contractors protective (OCP) liability coverage

A type of general liability insurance purchased by a contractor to protect the project owner from liability arising out of the contractor's operations at a specific job site. This policy covers the owner for bodily injury and property damage claims caused by the contractor's negligence. It provides direct coverage to the owner, separate from any additional insured status on the contractor's own policy.
