Agreements in which a farmer or rancher raises crops or livestock to the buyer's specifications for a processor or integrator, who may supply inputs such as feed or young animals and agrees to buy the output. The grower supplies land, buildings and labor and is paid a fee or contract price rather than a market price. Poultry growing for integrators under such contracts is the best known example.
