A specialized Directors and Officers (D&O) liability insurance policy that exclusively provides direct coverage to individual directors and officers for their personal liability. Unlike traditional D&O policies, it does not include coverage for the company's indemnification obligations (Side B) or entity coverage (Side C). This type of policy is often purchased as an excess layer to provide additional protection for individuals.
