Side C coverage

A component of a Directors and Officers (D&O) liability insurance policy that provides coverage directly to the corporate entity for securities claims. This protects the company itself from financial losses incurred due to lawsuits alleging violations of securities laws. It is distinct from Side A (individual directors and officers) and Side B (reimbursement to the company for indemnifying directors and officers) coverages.
