Trespasser

An individual who enters onto the land or property of another without permission or legal right. Under premises liability law, a property owner owes a trespasser the lowest duty of care, which is to refrain from intentionally or willfully injuring them. This standard of care is elevated for child trespassers under the attractive nuisance doctrine, which applies to artificial conditions on the land that may attract children.
